Nyayo National Stadium, its streets and gates, modelled at true scale.

Every route is walked from the gate, around walls, never through them.

Roof, screens and lighting as planned, seen from the pitch.

Rated from the seat itself: distance, angle and anything in the way.

The real venue at true scale, with your stage, screens, lighting and seating. Start from a modelled venue, a venue type you size yourself, or your own photos, floor plan or scan. Your client signs it off, the crew builds from it and buyers pick their seat in it.

Eight tools, one model of the venue.

Seating, stage, kit and exit clearances, laid out for your guest count.

From a hotel ballroom or a church to a warehouse, a garden or a beach.
“Change it while the client watches. The link they open is always the latest version, with option A and option B side by side.”
Loads, power and egress figures are planning estimates. They don't replace engineering or licensing sign-off.
One model for everyone who signs off an event.

Planners, production, venues and ticketing work on the same model, and each sees its own job in it: the client view and the proposal, the equipment list, a layout per event type, the 3D seat map and the door check-in.

Up to four photos. The AI reads the size and ceiling height, the doors, columns and gallery, the floor and wall colours and any stage or seating, and sets up the room.
An image or a PDF. Walls, doors and windows, named rooms, columns, stairs and the stage are read and built as walls you can edit, then checked once more against your drawing.
Draw the stage, the seats and the standing areas by hand. The AI lays them out at scale in the venue.
The AI builds it in 3D at its real size, checks its own render against your photo and corrects it. A sign or a logo can also become a solid or flat cut-out.
3D models in 12 formats (glTF, FBX, OBJ, STL, USDZ and more), DXF drawings, and layout or project files. Drop them on the page.
The room view: bring a Gaussian-splat scan from Polycam, Scaniverse, KIRI Engine or Luma, or a Marble export, and walk the photoreal room with your stage and kit standing in it. Rooms made from your own photos are coming.
Every picture is recognised and sent to the right reader, and you check what it read before anything is made. Reading pictures with AI needs an Event Map account.
A modelled stadium, ballroom or open ground, a venue type sized to your room, your site traced from the map, or your photos, floor plan or scan.
Pick the event type and the guest count: seating, stage, kit and exit clearances are laid out. Then move, turn or resize anything.
Sightlines, sound, crowd density, exits, capacity, power and the equipment list, counted from the layout.
Send the client view and the proposal, or edit it together live. Changes happen on the model, not on site.
