What is coming next

Everything the product does not do yet, in one place, so no other page has to say "soon".

Nine things the product does not do yet, by how close they are, and what shipped most recently.

  1. Next(03)

Server work that is still open

    • 01

      Microsoft sign-in

Sign in with your Microsoft work account instead of a password.

TodayEmail and password, or Continue with Google, on an Event Map account.

    • 02

      Framing protection on the server

The embed route sends frame-ancestors for each partner, and partners register their origins in their account instead of the event file.

TodayThe seat map already enforces the event's allow-list in the page (other sites get a view-only map). See developers.

    • 03

Private projects protected on the server

Private projects served only to their owner and the people they share them with.

TodayPrivate projects are hidden from other accounts, not protected: the static site ships their data to every visitor.

  2. Planned(04)

    • 01

      Comments on the 3D view

Pin a comment to a spot in the model; the client and the crew reply in the thread.

    • 02

      AR preview

The stage and the view from your seat on your phone's camera, on site or at the ticket counter.

    • 03

      Paid plans, billing and webhooks

Prices set, billing in local currencies, plan limits, and webhooks that tell your own systems about sales and client decisions. Until then pricing shows examples.

    • 04

      Rooms from a few photos

A photoreal 3D room to walk round from one to four photos of the venue, with no video needed.

TodayFilm the room has shipped: walk through the venue with your phone for 30-60 seconds, and the Event Map GPU turns the video into a room you can walk in metres, with your stage and kit standing in it (the project's room view, or Add a file → A video of the room). The room view also takes a Gaussian-splat scan you bring (a Marble export, or a scan from Polycam, Luma, Scaniverse or KIRI Engine).

  3. Exploring(02)

    • 01

      Case studies

Write-ups of real events planned on the platform, published with the organiser's permission. None are published yet.

    • 02

      A public venue directory

Venues that claimed their model, listed for planners to start from.

With an Event Map account on the Event Map server

Accounts and projects that follow you

Your account, projects, layouts and photos are kept on the Event Map server, so they open on any device you log in on, and your team edits the same project live.

HereThis copy of the site runs without the Event Map server, so it keeps accounts and projects in your browser.

      Continue with Google

Sign up or log in with your Google account, and reset a forgotten password by email.

      Team invites by email

Add a colleague to a project from its Share & proposal tab: we email them, and they see the project once they log in with that address.

Seat holds and sales on the server

Every pick is held on the server for every buyer at once, orders are kept with the project, and ticketing partners sell through their embed token. See developers.

      Ticket scanning at the door

Door staff open the scanner page on a phone with the event's scanner key: camera or typed codes, in and out, and it keeps working through a dropped connection.

      Client decisions reach you

When your client approves the plan or asks for changes on their link, it shows on the project and we email you.
