The legal documents

Why this policy exists

The service is used to plan real events where people's safety and money are involved. These rules keep it safe and reliable for everyone. They form part of the terms of service.

Content

Do not upload, share or display content that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing or threatens violence;
  • infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights (including 3D models, logos and artwork you have no licence for);
  • impersonates a person, venue, organiser or ticketing company, or misleads people about who is selling tickets;
  • contains other people's personal data you have no lawful basis to use;
  • contains malware or code designed to harm.

Tickets and events

  • Do not sell or advertise tickets for events that do not exist or that you have no right to sell.
  • Do not present seats, capacities or safety figures you know to be false.
  • Do not present planning estimates from the service as engineering, fire-safety or licensing approval.

AI features

Some features use AI image models. The realistic render runs Stable Diffusion XL with a depth ControlNet, released under the CreativeML Open RAIL++-M licence, whose use restrictions apply to you as a user. Do not use the AI features, or what they make, to break any law; to exploit or harm minors; to create or spread false information meant to harm others; to create or spread personal information that could harm someone; to defame, disparage or harass anyone; for fully automated decisions that harm someone's legal rights; to discriminate against people or groups; to exploit the vulnerabilities of a group because of their age or a disability; to give medical advice or read medical results; or for the administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum. AI pictures are illustrations of a plan, not photographs of a real event: say so when you show them to others.

The service itself

Do not:

  • try to get around security, access other people's projects or accounts, or test for vulnerabilities without our written agreement (see the security overview to report one);
  • overload the service, scrape it, or use automated means to create accounts or hold seats;
  • embed the seat map to take payments on behalf of an organiser without their permission;
  • copy templates, venue models or the software to build a competing product;
  • resell or sublicense the service without an agreement with us.

Reporting and enforcement

Report misuse to [Privacy contact email]. We may remove content, disable share links, suspend accounts or end an embed that breaks this policy, and will explain why unless the law prevents it. Serious or illegal cases may be reported to the authorities.
