How to use this template

This is a template for the organiser or ticketing partner who sells tickets through the seat map. It is not our contract with ticket buyers: we provide the seat map and do not sell tickets. Replace everything in [brackets], adapt it to your event and your refund policy, have it reviewed, and publish it on your checkout.

Who sells the ticket

Tickets for [event name] on [date] at [venue] are sold by [organiser or ticketing partner legal name] ("the seller"), [address], [contact email and phone]. Your contract for the ticket is with the seller. The seat map is provided by [Company legal name] as a technology supplier.

Prices and fees

  • The price shown at checkout is the all-in price: the ticket price plus every compulsory fee and tax (including VAT where it applies). No compulsory fee is added later.
  • Prices vary by seat tier and section, as shown on the seat map.
  • Payment is taken by the seller's payment provider. The seat map never sees card or mobile-money details.

Choosing seats and holds

  • The view from a seat shown in the 3D model is an illustration of the planned layout. Stage, screens and production may change; the seller will keep changes that affect your view to a minimum.
  • When you reserve seats they are held for 10 minutes while you pay. If payment is not completed in time, the hold expires and the seats are released.
  • Your purchase is complete when the seller confirms payment and your e-tickets are issued.

E-tickets and entry

  • Each seat gets an e-ticket with a unique QR code. The first valid scan at the gate admits one person; later scans of the same code are refused.
  • Keep your QR codes private. Screenshots are accepted [yes/no].
  • Entry conditions (age limits, bag rules, prohibited items, ID) are: [conditions]. The venue may refuse entry for safety reasons.

Refunds and changes

  • Refunds follow the seller's policy: [refund policy]. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 are not affected.
  • If the event is cancelled, you will be refunded [in full, including fees, within X days].
  • If the event is postponed or materially changed, you may [keep your ticket for the new date or ask for a refund within X days].

Transfer and resale

[Tickets may / may not be transferred. Resale above face value is / is not allowed. Transfers are made by ...]

Your personal data

The seller collects your name, phone number and email to issue tickets and contact you about the event. The seller is the controller of this data; see the seller's privacy notice at [link]. [Company legal name] processes it for the seller as described in its data processing addendum.
